"Very good"
Hotel was well placed for our tour of New England. Lovely, big entrance area with comfortable seating and imposing fireplace. Restaurant served very good food from an extensive menu with very pleasant staff. Breakfast was reasonably good if you were not too late (see below). Hotel was easy to find with good parking directly outside.

Breakfast was just ok. Not much selection. We liked it was a big old Inn with character. It was in walking distance to the restaurant we ate at that night and a few shops. Pretty location. Cool old Inn.

I liked the casual nature of the inn. It was warm, friendly, and laid back. It was nice having the restaurant right there. Parking right out front was fantastic. I love the hot showers.

The traditional style hotel is centrally located in the quiet little town. The staff were very nice, and helpful. I enjoyed my evening meal in the restaurant. I would stay there again.

An old-style hotel and helpful and friendly staff. Generous breakfast spread.. l would have liked to have tried the restaurant for dinner but train arrival in Bellows Falls did not allow.

a simple, yet filling breakfast was offered. I enjoyed the coffee and the view out back. Kate was very gracious and welcoming...her husband is a fine chef...loved his chili. The staff were friendly & accommodating. My thanks to one & all.

Breakfast was excellent. Although it was continental, the baked goods were very good, and the yogurt, granola and blueberries were amazing. We checked in late the night before. Th man who attended to us was very nice, and very thorough. The Fullerton is located along a mall of beautiful old shops in Chester, which is why I booked it. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit any of them, so that was a bust for us; no fault of the hotel, obviously.

Thr inn is very quaint , but I thought it was clean and comfortable. The Tavern and porch area were very t pleasant. I was hoping our plans would give us time to dine there but that didn't happen, but there were a lot of people who did , so I'm thinking the food was great. There is also a nice back deck with high top tables that looked delightful.
